Josh

Josh is a quadrupedal cag with a transparent body. His creation sparked the development of the current version of The Lore, however he is not a main driving force as of recent. He has a similar fur pattern to that of George and Greg, with three stripes on his back and tail tip. Anything which is behind him can be seen through him since his body has no infill color.

Personality

Josh has an outgoing, highly sociable personality, and knows all of the characters in The Lore. He's highly knowledgeable in the workings of The Hub and can effortlessly navigate it—a huge help for Oscar and Damian. Despite his confidence in his knowledge, he is conflicted by his transparent appearance, as he finds being able to see stuff through him humiliating. As such, he's only ever seen in white voids or against white objects in particular, usually sticking beside Kim if in a foreign area.

Characteristics

The background and any objects which are behind him can be seen through him. The only thing which occludes what's behind him is his own outline and transluscent fur markings. His own body still acts as if it were opaque, causing his internals and any of his own limbs blocked by his body to not be visible.

His speech bubble is the common ball-and-stick shape, with the stick being a triangle that points back to him. His handwriting is often scrawled, but not unreadable.

Style guide

When drawing Josh, refrain from filling him in with any color—anything behind him should be visible through him. His stripes are drawn with a somewhat transluscent black color, around the 50% opacity range, with room for variation. The inside of his mouth should be colored in with a 20% opacity black, and the tongue with a 60% opacity black. Josh is strictly quadrupedal.
